Integrative therapeutic massage is performed on a cushioned table, heated to your comfort level, supported with blankets and pillows. It can include elements of swedish massage, deep tissue work, myofascial release, and sports massage, customized to your individual needs.
Chair massage is available for folks who are more comfortable that way.
Aromatherapy, cupping, and hot stone therapy can be added to any table massage.
Gentle craniosacral therapy and reiki area also performed on the massage table, and can include gentle therapeutic bodywork.
Massage appointments are $105 for 60 minutes, $155 for 90 minutes, or $205 for 120 minutes
Private yoga instruction is available for $60/hr. Choose a strengthening hatha flow, a quieting yin practice, a gentle restorative session, or meditative yoga nidra with guided imagery and breathwork.
